Manufacturers advise all thermistors are changed around every 7 years for optimal performance.
These have just been changed on a service that was done yesterday which clearly hasn’t ever been changed in their life.
We use a system called Job Logic.
When we service your equipment we give each system a QR code, that item then becomes an asset on our system. All engineers have their own iPads for all work. This means that every time an engineer visits he can quickly scan the code and see the whole history of your systems, any work carried out, last service including all electronic service report sheets which can also be emailed directly to the customer whilst the engineer is on site.
If any faults are found with your system then a quote can be raised and sent immediately saving you and us precious time and money.
Please also note, any systems installed by us and are serviced by us also extends your warranty up to 10 years parts and labour.

Today we install a new cellar cooling system for the Red Lion Kislingbury and also continue at Warmies.
On Monday the system had all its refrigerant recovered and then pressure tested and left over night, yesterday found multiple leaks, now to rectify the leaks, pressure test, triple vac the system, whilst this is being done all thermistors will be changed as per Manufacturers requirements for the age of the system and all controllers replaced with modern ones, then re-commission the system

It has just been announced that once again the energy costs are set to rise this Winter, not to mention the fact that the Government are now stopping the Winter Fuel Allowance scheme, meaning heating your home is going to be more expensive than last year, OR IS IT?
Air to air source heatpumps, aka air conditioning, is one of the cheapest cleanest forms of heating currently available, this is backed by the Government who have now abolished the VAT on all new residential installations - 0% vat!
